Completed project of a modern villa of 650 m² in the 'Grafskie Prudy' settlement. This project features many unconventional solutions that reflect its bright individuality. The heart of the house can rightfully be considered the floating staircase with a glass elevator, which adds emotionality to the interior of the central area. The style of the house reflects the clients' understanding of country living; therefore, a variety of natural materials such as stone, wood, and glass were used in the interior. Significant attention was paid to the selection of natural stone for this project, as its use on large surfaces of walls and floors required careful pattern matching. Another feature that makes staying in this house unique is the individual spa area with a swimming pool, which includes a hammam, sauna, and a lounge area with large panoramic windows.It is worth noting separately the bedroom with its snow-white bathroom, finished with natural marble, as well as the sleeping area featuring oversized curved wooden panels.
